The Grill at No. 20 is currently closed due to the National Lockdown that commenced on 5 January 2021

Our Guidelines for Coronavirus (Covid-19) at The Grill at No. 20 (17 July 2020, updated 7 August 2020 and 14 October 2020)

Overview                              

  • We have put a series of measures in place with the aim of keeping our staff, customers and the wider community safe – in line with Government Guidance
  • The whole restaurant (including; seating areas, kitchens, toilets and storage areas) has been thoroughly  cleaned and sanitised
  • The restaurant seating areas have been re-arranged to mitigate the risk of Coronavirus transmission and infection
  • The maximum capacity of the premises is 42 customers
  • Currently you may only dine at The Grill with members of your own household/support bubble

Actions for our customers:

  • Please sanitise your hands on arrival and when you use the toilets
  • Upon arrival we’ll need to take contact details for the lead member of your party for the purpose of the Government’s Test & Trace Program (details will be stored securely and will only be used for the purposes of Test & Trace) alternatively you can use your Phone to check in via the App
  • We are unable to have a separate entrance and exit, therefore please take care and use your common sense to avoid bottle necks when entering or leaving the premises
  • Maintain your distance and be respectful of other customers and our staff
  • Please be patient with us at this time as service may take a little longer due to the measures put in place to keep you and our staff safe

Actions our staff are taking:

  • All our staff have been trained to help deliver a safe and secure dining environment for everyone at The Grill
  • There will be table service only
  • Enhanced cleaning is in place and we have a dedicated member of staff to ensure the risk of Coronavirus transmission and infection is minimised
  • We have reviewed our working practices to minimise the risk of Coronavirus transmission and infection
  • In all areas of the premises our staff are endeavouring to socially distance
